We felt inspired to secure our own food supply coming out of the pandemic when problems at East Coast meat processing facilities resulted in empty West Coast butcher counters - Buzz Kill! Come to find out, what we raise ourselves tastes so much better than what was available at the store.
We decided to share our gold, offering delicious locally grown, fed, and processed small meats for sale in Portland OR. We’re doing the work of increasing resiliency in our community’s food supply, and you conscientious consumers get the benefit of buying meat you can feel good about eating.

CSA’s allow consumers to buy shares of a farm’s harvest in advance, while supporting farmers with income at a critical time as they gear up for production.
The Chicken CSA will run from June - November, and will be available for pick up at the farm in Corbett OR, the Hillsdale Farmer’s market, or at the Montavilla Farmer’s Market. See dates above.
